Smidig was a startup exploration into AI-driven workflow tools for industrial B2B service companies, where the daily reality is legacy systems and users with very different levels of technical comfort, from the field to the office.
I delivered UI mockups, product flows, a visual identity and a landing page: dense functionality kept usable for someone in work gloves. The venture was not continued, but stands as the deepest dive into designing for complex B2B environments.

How it works
- Legacy firstAgent workflows wrap the systems teams already run instead of replacing them.
- Gloves-on UILarge targets, few decisions per screen, readable in a van or a workshop.
- One surfaceCRM, jobs and follow-ups live in a single interface teams could trust daily.
Dense functionality kept usable across very different levels of technical comfort.
The venture stopped, but it remains my deepest dive into complex B2B environments.
