Mirrors set out to help migrants navigate legal, health and housing services in a new country, in their own language. The core problem was trust and clarity for people in stressful situations, in a language they are still learning.
Research with NGOs and caseworkers became an inclusive, multilingual interface designed for low digital literacy without feeling patronizing. The concept secured UNESCO funding before the project was discontinued.
